MetaBeat was formed in 2009 by pianist Mark Shilansky and drummer Les Harris, Jr. over their mutual love of The Beatles. Longtime members, guitarist Eric Byers and bassist Mark Pniatowski round out the quartet. The group performs reimagined versions of the music of The Beatles and their solo catalog, performed with their own “Jazz-ish” twist.
